Are you looking for alternate ideas for book reports? Here are some very creative book report ideas. Get ready to have some fun while sharing information about your book!

1. Design a life size model of your favorite character in the book. Write a story about their character traits, be sure to use supporting details to support those character traits.

2. Write a postcard to a friend as one of the characters in your book. Describe the setting in the book and explain why it is relevant and important in the story.

3. Interview a character in the story. Explain in detail why the character fits into the story.

4. Prepare an oral presentation of the book. Have someone video tape you. Make sure you include the following elements: main characters, conflict, setting, resolution and summary. Keep the presentation 3-5 minutes. You can dress up like a character in the story too.

5. Design puppets that represent the characters in the story. Conduct a puppet show that showcases a few interesting events from the story.
