Losing Focus For School & Homework? Try These 6 Tips!

Do you find it difficult to stay focused in school? Are you losing interest in school? Is it hard to complete your homework assignments or study for a test? There are many ways to recharge your motivation and focus toward school and school work. Maintaining motivation can be challenging but it is possible. Here are 6 tips for motivation and focus that can lead to your academic success. Define Your Goals: Set academic goals for yourself. Be clear and set tangible goals for yourself. Are you a B student? What You Say Can Impact a Child!

This is a blog from one of our parents. We thought it was powerful and wanted to share with our readers….. Tell us what you think? What would you do? I have this amazingly beautiful bright  little girl! She is a 3rd grader who loves to play soccer, basketball and  the guitar. They don’t seem to want to do anymore work. They want to be outside and play.” I thought it would be a good idea to share some ideas that may help during homework and spring fever time! Problem: My child doesn’t want to do homework anymore! He says school is just about done and it doesn’t matter anymore if I do my homework. Solution: I am not a big fan of setting up “rewards” for tasks that are required to be completed, however I think it may work in this scenario. Set up a reward system for your child so he stays focused and completes his homework. The reward system can be as simple as extra time playing outside. Let your child know that if he completes his work without any complaints […]
