Test anxiety no more! Taking practice SAT and ACT tests are an essential part of preparing for the actual test. While studying and reviewing material each day is important, taking practice SAT and ACT tests are just as, if not more important to incorporate in your preparation process. Make sure when you sit down to take a practice SAT or ACT test, you create a mock testing environment: block out the allotted time you are provided for the test, sit down with the materials allowed, and a watch to time yourself. Doing this will not only show you how you are improving during your studying for the test, but you will become more comfortable with the testing process; leaving you worry free about test anxiety on the day of the actual test!
