Reflecting On 2021

Another year has flown by! 2021 has been another challenging year for our world. These pandemic years bring their share of challenges. However, with those challenges we can find silver linings along the way. Our mindset here at Team Tutor is to always find the silver lining or to find our personal source of gratitude. We always begin our team meetings with one thing we are all grateful for, we share and hone in on the wonderful things that we are offered and find gratitude for.

Here are a few highlights of our work here at Team Tutor that we are grateful for:

• Our resilient students and our dedicated tutoring staff
• Ongoing work with schools and families across PA and beyond!
• Increased student academic progress through our online and in-person tutoring models
• Personalized Online tutoring programs proved to provide consistent and accessible services to our students. Minimal disruption on services which created overall student success!
• Creating school based partnerships with incredibly resilient school leaders.
• Launching a new tutor resource portal so our tutors receive ongoing tutoring support and resources and they can connect and collaborate with their Team Tutor colleagues.

I am deeply grateful to you, our community, parents, students, school leaders, referral partners and supporters, for the collaboration and partnership. I am grateful for our committed internal staff and dedicated tutors for their hard work and deep commitment to our students and mission.

I am excited for 2022 and looking forward to another promising year of working together, meeting new students and families. Thank you for being part of this educational journey with us.
